           \n<p>It is a single block of cement dug at the base of the stairwell that gives access to the upper floors. On the ground floor, the building is restricted to the edge of the pavement. The staircase takes on a leading role, connecting the public with the private spaces located at the top of the building that are directly connected to an open external loggia.
