At the intersection of highways and canals \u2013 at the edge of the old town \u2013 in the center of
\nthe destroyed city, a new hearts starts beating.\u00a0Power and heat \u2013 elixir of life \u2013 arises from the bottom of the port. A sensitive building at the water \u2013 its architecture related to the time. Soon, the veins of energy flow into all houses. A special appearance in winter \u2013 a whole city without chimneys \u2013 only one smokes at the water. The enclosure is too small \u2013 it grows.\u00a0Gone are constructional promises. Growth is the only builder \u2013 color as concealment.\u00a0The now aged, partially unloved construction with its coal bunkers moves.\u00a0For us a change and a challenge. We weave energy-political and ecological aspects with the city \u2013 the new environment and the human being. New urban spaces are being developed.\u00a0The way to the river \u2013 the place at the port \u2013 the mole.\u00a0The energy construction protects and becomes the platform.
\nSpace-consuming facades \u2013 the new clothes give power and warmth.<\/p>\n
