Prizeotel

Prizeotel is a budget design hotel brand, founded in 2006 by hotelier Marco Nussbaum and “Immobilienoekonom“ (meaning degree in real estate management studies) Matthias Zimmermann. For all Prizeotels in Germany the brand founders co-operate exclusively with international designer Karim Rashid in New York. Rashid‘s hand-writing can be seen everywhere in all Prizehotels – from room design to hallways and lobby area.This is what makes the Prizeotel hotels so-called “signature-brand hotels“. It is not about putting one designer chair in a corner and claiming to be a design hotel.
Furthermore all hotels have individual designs to create an exclusive design product with charm of a private hotel. After five successful years running Prizeotel Breme-City, the brand decided to expand to Hamburg and Hannover. On 28th June 2014 Prizeotel Hamburg-City opened its door. It is chacacterized by typical shapes and patterns as well as dominated by colours like blue, green and silver.
In 2015 the third hotel will open, the prizeotel Hannover-City. The founders‘ aim is to become the most unconventional budget design hotel chain and quality leader with hotels in the most important german cities in the medium run.
